By using this website (djk.digital), or any app we publish, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the site or our apps.

3. Use of this website

This site is provided for general information about DJK Digital. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce or republish any part of the site for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• Use the site in any way that could damage, disable or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.

4. Our apps

We publish applications through third-party app stores, principally Apple's App Store. Downloading and using an app is also governed by that store's own terms, and by any additional licence terms shown to you with the app. Where those terms conflict with these, the app-specific terms take precedence for that app.

Our apps store your content in your own iCloud account rather than on our servers. You are responsible for maintaining your Apple account, and for the content you choose to store or share through an app — including anything you make visible to others using an app's sharing features. How this works is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update, change or withdraw an app, or any of its features, as it develops.

5. Intellectual property

The DJK Digital name, logo, symbol and wordmark are trademarks of DJK Digital Ltd. All content on this site — including text, graphics, and the DJK Digital brand identity — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use our brand assets without our prior written consent.

6. Third-party links

This site may occasionally link to third-party websites for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Links do not imply endorsement.

7. No warranty

We try to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, about its completeness, accuracy or reliability. The site is provided "as is".

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DJK Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or our apps.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
