Support
Help with our apps and anything else we've built.
A person reads every message. We aim to reply within two working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Before you get in touch
The more of this you can include, the faster we can help:
- The name of the app or service you're contacting us about;
- Your device and operating system version (for example, iPhone 15, iOS 18.2);
- The version of the app, if you know it;
- What you expected to happen, and what actually happened;
- The steps needed to reproduce the problem;
- A screenshot or screen recording, if the issue is something you can see.
Reporting a bug
Send the details above to support@djk.digital with "Bug report" in the subject line. We log every report we receive, and if a fix is going into a release we'll tell you which one.
Requesting a feature
We read every suggestion. We can't promise to build everything, but telling us the problem you're trying to solve is more useful than telling us the feature you want — it often leads to a better answer.
Your data
Our apps store your content in your own iCloud account rather than on our servers, so most of your data isn't ours to reach. Where we do hold something — an email you've sent us, for example — you can ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion.
Email dpo@djk.digital from the address associated with your enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before we act. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Reporting a security issue
If you think you've found a security vulnerability, please email support@djk.digital with "Security" in the subject line rather than raising it publicly. We'll acknowledge your report and keep you updated while we look into it.
Business and press enquiries
These go to hi@djk.digital, or use the contact page.
