DJK Digital Ltd ("DJK Digital", "we", "us", "our") operates this website and publishes the apps described in this policy. We are the data controller for the information described here.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or use one of our apps, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to djk.digital and to the apps we publish. It does not cover third-party websites or services we may link to, which have their own policies.

3. Information we collect

This is a simple brochure website. We do not run an online contact form, so we do not automatically collect any personal information through this site.

• Information you send us directly. If you email us at hi@djk.digital, we'll hold your email address and the contents of your message so we can reply.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability purposes, in line with its own policies.

4. Our apps

Our apps are built to keep your data with you rather than with us. Where an app stores information, it does so in your own Apple account:

• iCloud storage and sync. Some of our apps store your data using Apple's iCloud service (via the CloudKit framework), tied to your own Apple ID. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account — DJK Digital does not have access to it, and it never touches our own servers.
• Sharing features. Where an app lets you invite someone else to share content (for example, a shared list), that content becomes visible to the people you've invited, via Apple's iCloud sharing. You control who you invite, and can stop sharing at any time.

Because this information sits in your own iCloud account, Apple's terms and privacy policy govern how it is stored and synced. You can review or remove it at any time through iCloud settings on your device, or by deleting the app's data from your iCloud storage.

5. How we use your information

We use the information described above only to:

• Respond to enquiries you send us by email;
• Keep the website secure and working correctly;
• Meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Legal basis for processing

Where UK/EU data protection law applies, we rely on the following legal bases: legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries and keep the site secure) and, where relevant, your consent (for optional cookies, if we introduce them in future).

6. Cookies

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, which is why the site carries no cookie consent banner. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

7. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with:

• Trusted service providers who help us run this website (for example, our hosting provider), under appropriate confidentiality terms;
• Law enforcement or regulators, where we're legally required to.

We do not currently transfer personal data outside the UK. If this changes, we will update this policy and put appropriate safeguards in place.

8. How long we keep your information

We keep email correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete or anonymise it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you;
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information;
• Ask us to delete your information;
• Object to or restrict certain processing;
• Ask us to provide your information in a portable format.

10. Children's privacy

This website is intended for a business audience, and our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
